A former college wrestler, he has served as a chiropractor and wellness advisor for the USA Wrestling World Team since 1995, participating in multiple Olympic Games and world championships.

Dr. Ben has worked with various professional sports organizations. He holds degrees in Nutrition and Psychology, and is a certified chiropractor and personal trainer.
