Action Changes Things

When you take action, you’re moving in faith, which is what ultimately pleases God. When you’re in a rhythm of action, or in step with faith, God can move. When reading Hebrews 11:16, the writer reminds us that, “Without faith, it is impossible to please God.” So, when you move in obedience toward what God is asking of you, each one of your footsteps will be blessed. 

Whether it’s a giant leap of faith or one small step, it all takes you forward. God is not more impressed with what feels big or small to us, but what is obedience to Him. As you listen for what God is asking of you and do what He’s said, you will experience tremendous favor in your life. 

Whatever today brings, look for ways to do something about your faith. Take action, and you will experience results. It might sound simple, but sometimes it’s the simplest things that produce the greatest results.
