You've Already Won

You can accomplish the dreams God placed in your heart when you keep your eyes locked on the promises of God. The enemy already knows he’s lost the war, but he will do his best to win little battles along the way. One of his greatest tactics is turning your attention to the success of others and hoping you will take hold of comparison. Comparing yourself to someone else is a very dangerous place to be. It is the quickest way to become distracted from all God is doing in your life.

When you are distracted by comparison, it is much easier to begin getting discouraged, and in the end, settling for less than what’s best for you. God wants you to “Set your gaze on the path before you. With fixed purpose, looking straight ahead, ignore life’s distractions” (Proverbs 4:25 ,TPT). We need to redirect our focus on all God is doing in our life, and through thankfulness, we will become strengthened by gratitude.

Keep all God has promised you at the forefront of your attention. Allow God’s grace to help you remember all He has already done and all He is currently doing in your office, your family, and your relationship with Him. Remember, you already have the victory. You have already won. Just like Paul, I know you will say, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful” (2 Timothy 4:7, NLT).

God is working miracles in your life. Take some time today and write down 5 things God has already done for you and how He’s currently working in your life. Be sure to thank Him for it all, He deserves all our appreciation.

Remember, with God all things are possible,
